Resistance is NOT futile (1/2)
It’s absolutely necessary
From the beginning of time we’ve had people who were willing to think for themselves, and people who were too lazy and instead opted to let someone else do the thinking.
I believe it was Gerald Celente whom I first heard call them ‘sheeple’, but that could be much older phraseology.
In this essay, I’d like to call upon the men & women of courge and of the mind to remind you that your voice and your actions matter.
Resistance is NOT futile…
Authority
There are two kinds of authority:
- Natural
- Fiat / By Decree
Natural authority is earned and emergent, whilst fiat is top down, arbitrary, un-earned and baseless.
Natural authority is earned through competence and experience, is discovered via the observation of reality, and emerges through millions of years of evolution.
Fiat authority is awarded by need, by relation, through lobbying, politics, popularity contests or by some other means devoid of merit and competence.
It’s created on a whim, with no basis in reality and with complete disregard to the wisdom of nature and it’s evolutionary emergence.
There are laws, inherent to the natural world that we cannot disobey, but by understanding them, we can use them to our advantage eg; Gravity.
When combined with a broader understanding of physics, we were able to build Airplanes and ferry people around the world miles up in the sky.
There are also natural laws emergent from our biological make up and our environment, which have inherent, evolutionary, lindy-compatible authority.
Examples include Private Property (which is biological imperative, not a cultural phenomenon), Freedom of Speech, the right to protect yourself and your property, voluntary exchange, etc.
They can be considered a-priori because they’re always true and consistent, and they apply to everyone, equally.
Some examples of a-priori knowledge, laws or concepts include:
- No material thing can be at two places at once
- No two straight lines can enclose a space.
- A larger quantity of a good is valued more highly than a smaller quantity of the same good.
- All physical resources are scarce
- 2 + 2 = 4
- What is consumed now cannot be consumed again in the future.
- Interpersonal conflict is possible only if and insofar as things are scarce.
- No thing or part of a thing can be owned exclusively by more than one person at a time.
There are more which I won’t go into here, but I encourage you to read up on them because these truths form the foundation of reality and by extrapolating FROM them we can, use deductive logic to come to new learnings which are indisputably true, natural and right.
This is especially important when we attempt to identify the opposite of natural laws, ie; modern, man-made laws that are created by academics, lawyers and state bureaucrats which apply to some people but not to others.
You know they’re man-made and arbitrary because they are inconsistent and have no corollary or analogue in the natural world, and you can very quickly tell the difference by enquiring into whether they are:
- Always true
- Always consistent
- Applies to everyone, equally
If not, it’s likely been created by some arrogant academic who believes in a Utopia that “if only he or she had the power to create the right laws, they could bring about _____”.
That “____” is usually some variation of “world peace”, “the good of all” or other utopian ideal.
It’s a despicable notion that has cost millions of people over the centuries their wealth, their livelihoods, their own lives and the lives of their loved ones.
Competence
Traditionally and more-so evolutionarily speaking, authority was something that had to be earned through competence. It’s through these emergent “hierarchies of competence” that humans were able to invent and contruct more complex, stable and functional societies.
And whilst I know it was not all sunshine and rainbows, the reality of the fact is that utopia’s DO NOT exist and our evolution from Ape’s in the Savannah to today was a LEARNING EXPERIENCE.
We learned on the job, and found better, more productive and more just ways to do things. The respect for values, ethics & morals emerged as frameworks through which we could better live and prosper.
We did this against a backdrop of an uneven distribution of resources, weather, climate, intellect and natural threats, not to mention a variation of tribal values & norms.
It was messy, but we did it.
We built on the work of prior generations and as Isaac Newton said; ‘we stood on the shoulders of the giants who came before us’.
The cornerstones of that progression were:
- the development of hierarchies of competence
- earned authority, and
- the observance of natural laws like Private Property, Speech and Defence.
But alas, in today’s society (accelerated since the rise of the no-skin-in-the-game democratic republic), authority is no longer rational, natural or functional, but it most often occurs by fiat.
And this is why it’s so important that those of us with the capacity to think clearly, deeply and critically, must actively…
DISobey
To obey is to submit to the authority of someone or some-thing.
In some cases, this is not only practical but you have no choice, ie; obeying the law of gravity when you step off the side of a cliff (Natural Law).
But in todays society, where we are no longer governed by what’s natural, rational or ethical, there is no moral or logical requirement to obey.
In fact, I’d posit that:
In the face of tyranny, civil disobedience becomes a virtue.
It’s a virtue and an absolute necessity to speak up & remain steadfast in the protection of the truth, especially when it’s under attack.
Disobedience is inextricably linked to freedom, to contrarianism and to courage. It stems from the ability to think for one’s self, and is ever more important in a world where personal agency is replaced with “advice from the experts”.
This ability to think for one’s self requires the courage to disobey because in understanding the difference between natural authority and fiat authority, one must make a conscious choice of which to support, irrespective of what they are “told” or “encouraged”, and in many cases “forced” to believe.
I don’t recall a time in my life personally that it’s been more important for critical thinkers to do their part.
Courage
The real pandemic today is a lack of courage. The first victim is truth, and the next victim is you and I.
The real heroes have and always will be those who stand up & speak up when everyone else decides to conform, because they can see the injustices, they have studied history, they have seen where the path can lead and they muster the courage to say something about it.
May they inspire you to do the same.
Do NOT conform
If you find yourself justifying your actions with any of the following, know that you are doing a disservice to not only your fellow human being, but more importantly to your personal integrity and your future self.
You are participating in the deterioration of not only the livelihoods of everyone around you, but of your own future livelihood:
- “I can’t do anything myself, so why should I try?”
- “Some people are scared, so I shouldn’t disturb them.”
- “I’m trying to be respectful of other people’s fears”
- “I don’t want to cause a scene or bring attention to myself”
- “It won’t get worse than it is now”
- “It’s not a conspiracy. The state is doing it’s best, for all of us”
These are the exact words that well-meaning Germans and even other Jews said as the Nazi’s began to spread propaganda about Jews carrying diseases, lies about them poisoning wells, and had to ‘necessarily’ mark their shops & their houses for “public safety”.
Today is no different. It’s the same justification for public safety against a new invisible enemy, and it’s slipping down the same, slippery slope.
Take Notice
They’ll use the “it was for your safety” card whilst they force you to stay inside, eat junk, isolate yourself from friends and family, take an untested vaccine, remain in a state of fear, not get any sun and not get any exercise because they apparently care.
Soon enough, they’ll label you as insane for disagreeing and lock you up for daring to speak your mind or choosing to make your own decisions based on your own immune system & level of health.
Don’t believe me? The pseudo-scientific “studies” are already happening:
In other words, traits that used to be markers of intelligence, for example; thinking for yourself and deciding not to participate in a lie (ie; wearing a non-vacuum sealed mask has been debunked as nonsense) are markers for being a sociopath.
This is what the great George Orwell warned us of when he described “double speak” in 1984.
Facts
As much as I try not to, this pandemic nonsense keep creeping into my writing, because the extent of the farce is just so broad.
But instead of me doing all the talking, I’ve decided to list some resources, from modern day heroes, that are willing to speak sense, in a sea of non-sense.
My entire blog will most likely be taken down because I’ve listed them here, but watch and learn while it & their content is still up.
Crimes against humanity.
This video had 3m views before YouTube deleted it. It’s been re-uploaded with a Spanish title (still in English) and it’s now scattered around by different people who have uploaded.

Professor of Medicine slams masks & lockdowns
Professor Dolores Cahill makes a number of things clear, and of note; he have had multiple (7 by now) corona viruses over the past couple decades, and that the best form of defence from any viral disease is to give our immune system what it needs to function correctly. Namely good nutrition, Vitamin D, Vitamin C and Zinc.
(Since YouTube will likley delete it)
The PCR test does NOT detect an active Virus
This entire hysteria is based on the PCR test whose own inventor, Nobel Prize winner Kary Mullis, said is useless for detecting diseases: “it doesn’t tell you that you’re sick or that the thing you ended up with was going to hurt you”:
In other words, it doesn't matter if you have any meaningful level of a virus, all that matters is how many times it’s been cycled and thus magnified.
The reality of the fact is that every single person on the planet is likely to have had some variant of the CoronaVirus family, and as such, will come out positive based on some arbitrary level of magnification the lab decides to choose.
It’s preposterous that this is how a blanket mandate can be justified and applied across all human beings whether they’re young or old, at risk or not, and healthy or not.
Glaring evidence to the contrary
As the always-vigilant, and ever accurate Saifedean Ammous quoted:
Take a moment to appreciate the supreme stupidity & cowardice of the cattle still afraid of a coronavirus pandemic based on results of a faulty test kit while entire countries are living normally and witnessing nothing out of the ordinary.
And not to forget about other statistics which make you really wonder what kind of a twighlight zone we are actually living in:
From the CDC:
The CDC itself caused a stir at the end of August by estimating that the virus directly caused only 6 percent, or now just over 11,000 of the 187,000 attributed deaths. Most of these deaths were in the elderly.
The remaining 94 percent died with and not exclusively of the coronavirus. These people also were on average elderly and had 2.6 other health problems. This implies a good fraction who succumbed had three or more comorbidities. In other words, most deaths attributed to the coronavirus were in very sick people.

And finally, this brilliant thread and associated video from Harvard & Stanford professors of Medicine & Biophysics; Martin Kulldorff, Jay Battacharya & Michael Levitt.
You can NOT have a valid opinion by listening to what moron journalists in the media say, whilst disregarding the facts listed above and in the followng thread & video:
As you think about all of the above, realise this:
Some of you will have spent the PRIME years of you life locked up inside because you supported, at best, a tone-deaf and non-evidenciary lockdown, and at worst, a big fat bureaucratic lie.
Some people you know will spend the FINAL years of their lives locked up inside, away from their loved ones, all in blind fear of a virus with a 0.001% mortality.
You’re not going to get this time back.
Your loved ones won’t get these years back.
They’ve been stolen from all of you by complete idiots.
It’s truly a moral tragedy.
Think about all of this the next time you’re told that safety is more important than freedom and that if you don’t agree with some blind mandate, you are just ‘stirring dissent’.
The Blood is on their hands
When this whole shitstorm subsides and when sanity finds it way back (which it will) remember this:
The bureaucrats, academics and officials will try and tell you it “wasn’t their fault”, and that they had the “public’s best interests at heart”.
DO NOT Buy it.
They do not have any of your best interests at heart
Whilst you’re at home, confused by false hysteria, or unable to run your own business, or going broke because you don’t have work, these maniacs are doing their best to convince you of a “New Normal”.
All they care about is themselves and how they can leech more wealth from those who work whilst distributing a small fraction to those who don’t, thereby making them more dependent (and supportive) of that very system (which gives them a reason to exist).
The last thing they want you to realise is that you can exist without their institutions, because if you did, perhaps you might stop funding them and their constant lauding over you.
This piece has turned out much longer than I originally anticipated, so I’m going to split it in half.
Part two will deal with intolerance, adaptability, incentives and why moral hazard is a path to destruction irrespective of the existence of a conspiracy.
I personally don’t buy the conspiracy theory that this entire hysteria was planned, but because of the maligned incentives that emerge from a system that’s run by care-takers who have both immunity to consequences and zero skin in the game, you naturally end up arriving at a form of tyranny, the censorship of truth and a deep erosion of natural rights & freedoms such as thinking, speech and movement.
This is where we are today.
I’ll see you again in part 2.
As usual, if you feel like you got value from this, please share it around.
Chances are it will be taken down by the thought police, but if enough people read it & share it around, it may help make a difference and nudge enough people over the line to stand up for the truth.
